Information we collect
When you contact EzToTech, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, general project type, and the message you choose to send.
Please do not send passwords, recovery codes, private file contents, payment card numbers, medical information, IDs, or sensitive customer records through website forms or the quick request form.
How we use information
We use contact details and project notes to reply to your request, understand whether EzToTech can help, recommend a practical next step, prepare a scope or quote, and provide services you approve.
AI agents and customer data
AI agent work is planned around the specific task, the data required, and the approval steps needed before sensitive actions happen. We do not connect accounts, files, tools, or data sources unless they are part of an approved scope.
Remote support
Remote support is permission-based. You stay in control of screen sharing and account access. If sensitive details are needed, we arrange a safer review path instead of asking you to paste private information into a form.
Cookies and local browser storage
This site may use a local browser preference to remember that you closed the privacy notice. Future analytics or marketing tools, if added, should be reviewed for privacy fit before launch.
Service providers
EzToTech may use trusted tools for hosting, email delivery, scheduling, security, analytics, or customer communication. These tools should only receive information needed for the approved purpose.
Your choices
You can ask EzToTech to update, correct, or delete contact information where legally and operationally practical. Some records may be retained when needed for security, legal, accounting, or service-history reasons.
